The delicate-coloured rosé is composed of Grenache & Cinsault grapes and is characterized in the “Traditional Cuvée” by hints of peach and apricot and by aromas of tropical fruits in the “Cuvée du Prieuré”

The white wine is a fine elaboration with a maceration of 8 hours at 12° celcius, then pressed in a pneumatic pressing machine. It suggests subtle hints of hawthorn, honey and acacia.

The vintage reds, whether aged or not in oak barrels depending on the year are elaborated with Grenache and Syrah grapes. The “Traditional Cuvée” is a burst of aromas suggesting red fruits, blackberries and black currants while the “Cuvée du Prieuré” expresses notes of liquorice and vanilla.
