OUR WINES

Tradition & Prieuré

The pale-colored rosé is made of Cinsault and Grenache grapes and has peach, apricot and citrus aromas for the Cuvée Traditionnelle, and rose and exotic fruit notes for the Cuvée du Prieuré.

The white blends are made using cold maceration of Rolle grapes and unfold beautiful hints of hawthorn, honey and acacia.

The red wines young or aged in oak barrels according to years are made of 5% Grenache and 95% Syrah and exude aromas of red fruits and blackberries for the Cuvée Traditionnelle, and of cinnamon and vanilla for the Cuvée du Prieuré.

Rosé 2023

This rosé wine is a blend of 90 % Grenache, 10 % Cinsault. It is a traditional Provence wine of pale apricot colour with aromas of yellow fruit and citrus. It
goes perfectly with Provençal cuisine, stuffed baked vegetables, barbecued fish or monkfish skewers with bacon.

 White 2023

This white wine, clear and limpid, is made of 100% Rolle. It is a typical wine with aromas of acacia, honey and hawthorn. Excellent with shellfish or a slice of half-cooked tuna tataki served with a soy, garlic and basil sauce.

 Red 2021

Ruby-colored 2021 red wine; made of 95% Syrah and 5% Grenache, with aromas of red fruits: blackberry, cherry, blueberry, and a hint of violet, pairs delightfully with barbecued red meat and characterful cheeses.

CUVÉE DU PRIEURÉ

Rosé 2023

This rosé wine is a blend of 95% Grenache, 30% , 5% Syrah aged vines. This pale coloured rosé exudes notes of fresh fruit and passion fruit. Served as an aperitif with grilled fish, leg of lamb with fresh mint or as an accompaniment to Asian cuisine, it will reveal all the finesse of its aromas.

 

Red 2021

This red wine aged in barrels consists of 95 % Syrah and 5% Grenache vines. Its aromas of freshly cooked jam, cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry, blend perfectly with the spicy
aromas of the wood in which it has matured for eight months. Enjoy it paired with a rib steak, or a nice Angus steak with cep or truffle sauce, depending on the season.

METHODE CHAMPENOISE

Sparking Rosé on the base of Cinsault, Caladoc and Uni Blanc made by traditional methode "champenoise" is perfect for celebrations and refreshing cocktails.

Dry, with abricot and peach notes, this Sparkling  Rosé will serve you a magnificent apéritif and will match desserts such as apple pie or tarte tropézienne.
